Structure and Core Functions
Hinged Support: As an intermediate wear-resistant layer between the pin and the mounting hole, it transmits radial loads, adapts to frequent oscillation and impact conditions, and reduces direct wear between the pin and the machine body.
Lubrication and Wear Resistance: The inner hole has axial/circumferential lubrication grooves to store grease, forming an oil film to reduce the coefficient of friction; the coating increases surface hardness and extends wear life.
Positioning and Anti-Loosening: The interference fit into the mounting hole prevents axial movement, ensuring the motion accuracy and stability of the hinged part.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications
Clean the mounting hole and the outer diameter of the bearing, removing burrs, rust, and oil. Check the roundness and dimensional tolerances of the hole to avoid deformation after installation.
Use cold pressing or heating the mounting hole (≤80℃) to press in the bearing. Do not directly strike the bearing end face to prevent damage to the coating or deformation of the base material.
After installation, ensure the clearance between the inner bore and the pin is 0.05-0.15mm to ensure smooth movement and avoid excessive clearance that could cause impact noise.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check every 500-800 working hours for wear, deformation, rust, and grease leakage. Replace immediately if any issues are found.
Inspect the matching pins and seals simultaneously. Replace the entire set if wear exceeds limits to prevent rapid failure of the new bearing.
Regularly apply lithium-based grease suitable for operating conditions from -20℃ to 120℃ to maintain an intact lubrication film.
