Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean bearings, pins, and mounting holes, ensuring no oil stains or metal shavings. Inspect for cracks, deformation, and dimensional compliance.

Cold press-fit, pressing force ≤ 50 kN, shaft and bearing interference fit 0.015-0.030 mm. After installation, the bearing end face should fit snugly against the mounting seat without clearance. Fill with NLGI Grade 2 lithium-based grease, filling to half the bearing cavity. Top-lubrication is required after initial installation.

Maintenance: Check radial clearance every 500 hours. Replace immediately if clearance > 0.15 mm.

Top-lubricate every 1000 hours. Under severe operating conditions, reduce this to 400 hours per application to avoid dry friction.
