Assembly and Fit: Clean the shaft and mounting hole surfaces before installation to remove oil/rust. Use cold pressing assembly (interference 0.015-0.025 mm). After installation, bearing end face runout ≤0.03 mm, radial runout ≤0.02 mm, and fit clearance 0.02-0.03 mm (controlled by shaft diameter tolerance). Installation and Maintenance Points: Check the bearing internal/external bearing before installation. The outer surface is free of scratches, burrs, and cracks. Clean the shaft and mounting holes to ensure no foreign objects affect assembly accuracy.
During assembly, use a dedicated press to cold-press the bearing into place, avoiding impacts that could deform or damage the surface. After cold pressing, check the fit between the bearing end face and the mounting hole end face (gap ≤ 0.02 mm).
Maintenance Recommendations: Check the bearing lubrication status every 1200 hours and replenish with Cat 2V lithium-based grease (every 500 hours). Replace immediately if wear (inner diameter increase > 0.05 mm) or surface peeling occurs to prevent the shaft and bearing from seizing.
