Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the support hole and sleeve outer surface (free from oil/rust/impurities). Use cold pressing (pressing force ≤ 50 kN, indenter coaxiality ≤ 0.02 mm). After installation, check that the end face and support fit gap ≤ 0.05 mm. Welding or heating is prohibited (temperature > 80℃ can easily cause bronze softening). After assembly, the pin and sleeve coaxiality error ≤ 0.03 mm.
Maintenance: Check clearance every 500 hours (replace if radial clearance > 0.10 mm), replenish lithium-based grease every 1000 hours (use 1/3 of the sleeve cavity), check surface wear every 2000 hours (replace if local wear depth > 0.2 mm), avoid prolonged uneven loading (uneven load ≤ 15% of rated load), and prevent foreign objects from entering the sleeve-pin clearance.
Troubleshooting: Excessive clearance is mostly due to excessive wear; replace the sleeve. Abnormal noise is mostly due to insufficient lubrication or misalignment during assembly; replenish grease or re-press-fit. Surface scratches are mostly due to excessive pin surface roughness; replace the pin and clean the sleeve inner bore.
