Assembly Fit: Clearance fit with the pin (0.15-0.25 mm); interference fit with the hinge lug (0.12-0.20 mm, hydraulic press-fit). After installation, use a retaining ring for axial positioning. Press-in force ≤600 kN, press-in speed ≤5 mm/s, axial movement ≤0.2 mm.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the bearing outer diameter, pin surface, and lug hole. Check the bearing for cracks, bronze layer peeling, and missing graphite spots. Ensure dimensions and tolerances meet requirements and the lubrication groove is unblocked.

During assembly, use a hydraulic press-fit machine to smoothly press the bearing into the lug hole. After pressing, check that the bearing end face is flush with the lug plane without misalignment. Install the retaining ring for fixation. Add lithium-based grease to the lug groove until overflowing.

Maintenance recommendations: Check wear and lubrication condition every 500 hours, add grease every 1000 hours, and replace immediately when the inner diameter wear is >0.3 mm or the bronze layer peels off to prevent abnormal wear of the pin and ear plate.
