Installation and Fitting Points
Pin diameter: 44.98-45.00 mm, interference fit with the bearing inner diameter (interference 0.01-0.02 mm), no relative rotation.
Mounting hole diameter: 50.02-50.05 mm, clearance fit with the bearing outer diameter (clearance 0.02-0.05 mm), easy installation and adjustment.
Use cold pressing method for installation. Apply pressure evenly with a special press. Direct hammering is prohibited to prevent bearing deformation and surface damage.
Before installation, clean the pin and mounting hole, ensuring no burrs, oil stains, or rust. Inspect the bearing inner and outer diameters for scratches and pits.
After installation, the bearing end face fits snugly against the support plane, swinging/rotating without jamming or abnormal noise. Regularly add lithium-based grease (every 500 working hours).
