Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the bearing housing and mounting surface, ensuring they are free of oil and rust. Use cold press-fit, controlling the pressing force to 12–15 kN. Do not strike the end face.
Bob housing tolerance: +0.01–+0.02 mm. After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.03 mm.
After installation, apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease, ensuring the lubrication grooves are full.
