Installation and Fitting Points
**Before installation, clean the outer ring raceway and bearing housing bore, ensuring no iron filings or oil contamination.** Cold press installation is required; pressure ≤20kN. Do not strike the outer ring end face to avoid deformation.
The bearing housing fit tolerance is J7. The interference fit between the outer ring and the bearing housing is 0.005-0.015mm. After installation, the outer ring end face should fit snugly against the bearing housing locating surface without gaps.
After assembly with the inner ring (584-1175 GD), the rollers should have uniform contact with the raceway, rotate without jamming, and have a radial clearance of 0.010-0.020mm.
Use a dedicated puller for disassembly to avoid damaging the bearing housing/outer ring. When replacing, check that the wear on the bearing housing’s inner diameter is ≤0.05mm. If the wear exceeds this tolerance, repair the bearing housing simultaneously.
