Assembly fit: Clearance between the pin and the mounting base: 0.03-0.05 mm; Interference fit with the mounting base: 0.015-0.025 mm; Pressing force: 5-7 kN (requires coaxial guide tooling); After pressing, the inner hole roundness ≤0.02 mm, and the end face flatness ≤0.03 mm.
Installation and maintenance points: Before installation, check the bearing for delamination and cracks. Clean the mounting base hole and the pin. It is recommended to heat the mounting base (80-100℃) or cool the bearing (liquid nitrogen – 196℃, 3-5 minutes) to assist pressing. Do not forcefully hammer and damage the bronze layer.
During press-fitting, ensure the bearing end face is flush with the mounting base. After press-fitting, check the clearance between the inner hole and the pin to ensure smooth rotation/oscillation without jamming. Apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease after installation.
Maintenance cycle: Check for wear every 1800 hours (replace if clearance > 0.2 mm), replenish grease every 2500 hours. Under heavy load conditions, shorten the check to every 1000 hours. Replace immediately if abnormal noise, looseness, or leakage is found.
