The integral design reduces assembly clearance and improves hinge accuracy. The flange and spindle are machined as a single unit, ensuring coaxiality ≤0.02 mm and guaranteeing smooth transmission.

Chamfered ends and nitrided polished surfaces facilitate bushing alignment during installation, reducing assembly damage and lowering the coefficient of friction, thus improving lubrication efficiency.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the trunnion, bushing, and mounting base, checking for cracks, rust, and deformation. Measure the inner diameter of the spindle (70 mm, h7 tolerance) and bushing, ensuring an interference fit of 0.015-0.035 mm.

Cold-press installation is used. Apply pressure evenly to the flange end face using a special press; do not strike the spindle surface. After installation, check for flexible oscillation, ensuring no jamming or abnormal noise, axial movement ≤0.12 mm, and trunnion-bushing fit ≥90%. Maintenance and Replacement: Check the wear and lubrication condition every 2000 hours. If the spindle wear is >0.3 mm or scratches/peeling appear on the surface, replace it immediately. It is recommended to replace it at the same time as the bushing and retaining ring to ensure the accuracy and load-bearing capacity of the articulation mechanism.
