Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the sleeve and mounting surface, checking for cracks, deformation, or burrs. Use the cold pressing method for installation, applying even pressure to the sleeve end face using a dedicated press. Do not strike to prevent deformation or damage to the mating surfaces.
After installation, check the clearance between the sleeve and the shaft/housing. The clearance should be ≤0.05mm to ensure accurate positioning and no loosening. Tighten the surrounding bolts according to the original manufacturer’s specifications to ensure reliable component fixation.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check the sleeve condition every 1500 hours. If wear, deformation, or cracks are found, replace it immediately. Check the lubrication of mating parts to ensure sufficient lubrication and reduce friction and wear.
During a major overhaul of the torque distributor assembly, replace the sleeve and matching seals simultaneously to avoid the old parts affecting the assembly accuracy and performance of the new components. After replacement, add the specified type and amount of lubricating oil to ensure effective lubrication.
