Installation Specifications:
Clean the shaft diameter and bearing mounting surfaces, ensuring they are free of burrs and rust. Use hot mounting (temperature ≤120℃) or cold pressing. For cold pressing, apply pressure to the inner ring end face using a special press tool; do not strike the raceway or tapered surface.

Match the bearing with the corresponding outer ring, adjust the preload to ensure smooth bearing operation, and control the axial clearance to 0.005-0.012mm. Fit tolerances should be designed according to H7/h6.

Maintenance Recommendations:
Check bearing operating temperature and noise every 1000 hours. If the temperature exceeds 80℃ or abnormal noise is detected, stop the machine and investigate, checking lubrication and preload.
