Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the shaft and bearing housing bore before installation. The surface hardness of the bearing housing bore should be ≥HRC30, and the surface roughness Ra≤1.6. burr-free; hot-fit (heating temperature ≤120℃) or cold-press installation is used to avoid damage to rollers and raceways; rear face runout ≤0.03 mm after installation.
The shaft and bearing inner ring are interference fit (170 mm, m6), and the bearing housing and outer ring are transition fit (280 mm, J7). Axial clearance is controlled at 0.10–0.20 mm (C3 grade) after installation.
Lubrication uses Cat MTO-1000 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, filling 1/3–1/2 of the bearing cavity volume. Replenish lubrication every 1500 hours; under high-temperature conditions (>80℃), this interval should be shortened to 1000 hours.
Every 2500 hours, check bearing wear (roller/raceway wear >0.1 mm), temperature rise (>80℃), or abnormal noise. Replace immediately if any abnormality is found to prevent self-aligning failure from causing equipment vibration.
