Material is high-density powder metallurgy steel (P/M Steel, oil-lubricated, surface hardened (hardness HRC 58-62), possessing wear resistance and anti-galling properties; operating temperature -30℃ to +120℃, no additional lubrication required (regular grease replenishment can extend life).

Installation and Maintenance Points:
Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting hole and bearing outer surface, removing burrs and oil; check the bearing for cracks and deformation; measure the mounting hole diameter and bearing outer diameter to ensure the interference fit is within specifications; use a hydraulic press-fit machine or dedicated press-fit fixture; do not strike the bearing end face.
Installation steps: Apply a small amount of grease to the bearing outer surface and press it smoothly into the mounting hole (press-fitting force ≥80kN), ensuring the bearing end face is flush with the mounting hole end face; install the pin, ensuring the shaft and bearing coaxiality is ≤0.05mm; install the retaining ring to fix the bearing and prevent axial movement.
Maintenance and replacement: Check the bearing clearance every 1500 hours (replace when the radial clearance is ≥0.25mm). Replace the bearing immediately if it shows wear, peeling or abnormal noise. Regularly (every 500 hours) replenish lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) through the grease nipple, adding about 5g each time.
