Installation and Maintenance Points: Clean the journal before installation (surface free of scratches/burrs, roughness Ra ≤ 0.8). (μm) For the mounting hole, use a special pressure sleeve to press the sleeve into the mounting hole (pressing force ≤ 50 kN). Do not strike the sleeve end face. The journal must be heat-treated HB 240–280, with no rust on the surface.

Clearance Control: After installation, use a plug gauge to measure the radial clearance, ensuring it is 0.03–0.07 mm. If the clearance exceeds the tolerance, adjust by replacing the adjusting shims with different wall thicknesses (0.05 mm/0.1 mm specifications). For heavy-load conditions, a clearance of 0.04–0.06 mm is recommended.

Lubrication Requirements: Before installation, apply extreme pressure lithium-based grease (NLGI 2 grade) to the inner bore. During operation, rely on system oil lubrication (flow rate ≥ 0.5 L/min). Check the oil quality/quantity every 1500 hours to avoid dry friction causing sleeve wear.
