CAT 613-5113 is a Caterpillar genuine steel positioning sleeve (with flanged guide type) for cab mounting. It is used in the four-point suspension mounting positions of Cat 320D2/323D2 excavators, 966M loaders, and other models. Its core function is to position the cab mounting bolts, isolate vibration and bear axial loads, and protect the connection structure between the suspension rubber and the frame. The following is the professional structured information:
Core Technical Parameters (Professional Version)
Item Details
Basic Attributes

Material and Process: 45# steel, heat-treated (hardness HB 220-250, tensile strength ≥650 MPa), galvanized layer thickness 8-12 μm, passivated, no risk of hydrogen embrittlement, flange and cylinder body integrally stamped, weld tensile strength ≥480 MPa, free from defects such as porosity and cracks
Compatible Models For Cat 320D2/323D2/326D2 excavators, 966M/972M loaders, D6K/D7E bulldozers, etc., the four-point suspension bracket is installed at the bottom of the cab, connecting to the chassis. It is used with 613-5114 rubber suspension pads, 613-5115 locknuts, and 613-5116 flat washers. The assembly fit is a transition fit (0.005-0.015 mm) with the inner hole of the suspension rubber pad and a clearance fit (0.010-0.020 mm) with the chassis mounting hole. The flange should fit snugly against the end face of the suspension pad (flatness deviation ≤0.1 mm). The bolt preload torque after installation is 180-200 Nm. N·m Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the sleeve, mounting holes, and bolts, checking for deformation, rust, or peeling of the galvanized layer. Use a special guide tool to press the sleeve into the inner hole of the suspension rubber pad, with the flange facing the cab side. Do not forcefully hammer, as this may damage the rubber pad.
After installation, check that the sleeve and bolts are not stuck, and that the cab suspension height deviation is ≤2 mm. Perform a 30-minute no-load test run, monitoring the vibration acceleration to be ≤0.5 g. Check every 2000 hours. Replace the sleeve immediately if the wear is >0.15 mm or the flange is deformed.
Apply anti-loosening adhesive (such as Loctite 243) to the mounting bolts. Retighten every 1500 hours. In humid/dusty conditions, shorten this to 800 hours to prevent loose bolts from causing cab shaking.
