Assembly fit: The inner bore and shaft have a transition fit (clearance 0.005-0.012 mm), and the outer ring and bearing housing have an interference fit (interference 0.008-0.015 mm). It is compatible with 80 mm diameter shafts. The shaft surface must be chrome-plated (thickness 0.05-0.1 mm). The bearing housing bore must be precision-bored (Ra≤1.6 μm) and polished (mm).
Installation and Maintenance Points:
Before installation, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the bearing, the journal, and the bearing housing bore. Check for scratches, porosity, and cracks. Measure dimensions and fit tolerances to ensure compliance. Apply a small amount of grease to the bearing housing bore for easy installation.
Use a special installation tool for cold pressing. Do not strike the end face to prevent bearing deformation or damage to the surface graphite layer. After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.02 mm to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.
Maintenance and Replacement: Check bearing wear and lubrication every 800 hours. If the inner bore wear exceeds 0.1 mm or grooves appear, replace immediately. It is recommended to replace the bearing simultaneously with the bearing cap and O-ring to ensure support and sealing performance.
