Compatible Models: Compatible This product is suitable for 320D2/323D2/336D2 excavators, 950L/962L loaders, 430F2 loaders, etc., and is used in parts such as the upper and lower lug joints of the stabilizer cylinder, piston rod end joints, and the connection joint between the frame and the cylinder.
Performance Features: Self-lubricating design, built-in PTFE composite gasket, stable operation from -40℃ to 120℃, suitable for high-frequency vibration and heavy-duty impact conditions in construction machinery, requires no additional lubrication, long maintenance cycle, low wear rate, and service life ≥8000 working hours.
Core Functions and Structure:
Joint Support: Utilizes a spherical rolling element structure, allowing for angular deflection to compensate for installation errors and angular changes during cylinder movement, preventing the cylinder lugs and pins from jamming and reducing friction loss.
Heavy-Duty Bearing: Made of high-strength bearing steel and carburized and quenched, it can withstand large radial loads and certain axial loads during stabilizer cylinder operation, meeting the stability support requirements under heavy-duty conditions.
Self-lubricating: Built-in PTFE composite gasket with a low coefficient of friction eliminates the need for additional lubricant, reducing maintenance workload and preventing dust and impurities from entering the bearing, thus extending its service life.
Anti-loosening positioning: The outer ring has a positioning groove, which can be fixed in the cylinder trunnion by a snap ring to prevent axial movement of the bearing and ensure installation accuracy and stability.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the bearing inner ring, outer ring, and mounting surface to remove oil, rust, and impurities; check that the bearing is free of cracks, rolling elements are undamaged, seals are undamaged, and dimensions meet assembly requirements.
Use cold mounting or hot mounting (heating temperature ≤80℃) for installation. Do not directly strike the bearing rolling element surface to prevent damage; after installation, check that the bearing outer ring fits snugly against the mounting seat without gaps, the inner ring fits tightly against the pin, and rotates freely without jamming.
During installation, install the snap ring in the positioning groove of the bearing outer ring to ensure axial fixation of the bearing and prevent movement during operation. Also check that the snap ring is not deformed and is properly installed.
Maintenance Recommendations:
Check the bearing’s rotational flexibility, for any abnormal noises, and the condition of the seals every 1000 working hours. Replace the bearing immediately if any jamming, abnormal noises, or damaged seals are found.
Avoid contact between the bearing and acids, alkalis, or corrosive liquids to prevent seal aging and bearing corrosion, thus extending its service life.
