Installation and Fitting Points: Mounting Hole Diameter 80.00-80.10 mm, hinge shaft diameter 54.95-55.00 mm, bearing and bore/shaft are transition fit, no looseness.
Use a hydraulic press to smoothly press into the mounting hole; do not hammer, to prevent bearing deformation and liner damage.
Before installation, clean the mounting hole and hinge shaft, removing burrs and oil stains. Check the bearing seal ring is intact and the liner is undamaged.
After installation, the bearing end face should be flush with the mounting surface, axial movement ≤0.05 mm, no jamming during oscillation, and no leakage from the seal.
No additional lubrication is required; it operates relying on the self-lubricating liner. Check the seal every 2000 hours to prevent dust ingress.
