Installation Specifications:

Install the O-ring and apply grease (lithium-based grease). Slide the traction hook cover onto the pin and tighten with 4×M16 bolts to a torque of 80-100N・m. Ensure the flange fits snugly against the lug end face without gaps.

After installation, check the pin’s rotational flexibility to ensure the traction hook can swing freely without jamming, suitable for traction angles of ±30°.

Maintenance Recommendations:

Check the tightness of the tow hook cover every 2000 working hours. If bolts are loose, retighten them to the specified torque. Replace O-rings promptly if they are aged or damaged.
