Installation Steps: Apply a small amount of sealant (such as Loctite 518) to the sealing groove of the bearing cap; align the bearing cap with the mounting surface and insert the locating pin for positioning; install the bolts and pre-tighten them diagonally (torque 40-50 N·m); finally tighten them to the specified torque (85-95 N·m) using a torque wrench, ensuring even force distribution.

Maintenance and Replacement: Check the bolt torque every 1500 hours; retighten immediately if loose; check the seals every 3000 hours; replace immediately if leakage is found; replace the bearing cap immediately if cracks, deformation, or seal failure occur.
