Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
* Installation: Clean the bearings, shaft diameter, and mounting holes, ensuring no oil or metal shavings. Press-fit in a cold state. Apply even pressure to the inner ring end face using specialized tooling. Pressing force ≤ 2 kN, ensuring coaxiality ≤ 0.02 mm.

After installation, check the radial clearance and control it within 0.01-0.03 mm to ensure unobstructed lubrication channels and no jamming.

Maintenance: Check the bearing condition every 2000 hours. Ensure the roller surface is free of pitting and the cage is undamaged. Replace immediately if the clearance exceeds 0.05 mm.

Add grease to 1/3-1/2 of the bearing cavity. It is recommended to replenish grease every 1500 hours.
