Assembly Fit: Press-fit pressure ≥15 t (hydraulic press + special positioning fixture). After installation, the inner hole clearance between the pin and the shaft should be 0.08-0.12 mm. The sleeve end face should be flush with the mounting seat (deviation ≤0.1 mm). Welding or hammering installation is prohibited.

Installation and Maintenance Points: Before installation, clean the mounting seat hole, pin, and sleeve, checking for cracks, deformation, and burrs. Use liquid nitrogen to shrink the sleeve (-196℃, 10-15 minutes) or a hydraulic press to ensure proper interference fit.

After installation, test the hinge/transmission components for flexible and smooth movement. Check for wear every 1200 hours (≤0.2 mm is normal). Replace immediately if scratches, peeling, or clearance >0.3 mm are found.

No grease is required under dry friction conditions. For grease-lubricated conditions, grease should be added every 800 hours. In dusty/humid environments, this interval is shortened to 400 hours. Avoid mixing different types of grease.
