Installation: Clean the cover and flange surfaces (free of oil and metal shavings). Install the O-ring (apply a small amount of grease). Align the cover’s stop with the flange’s positioning hole. Tighten the M8 bolts diagonally (torque 12-15 N·m) to ensure a tight, gapless seal.
Maintenance: Check the seal every 1000 hours. Replace any aged O-rings (cracks, hardening) immediately. Replace any deformed, rusted cover or stripped bolt threads immediately. For long-term storage, apply rust-preventive oil to the cover surface to prevent corrosion.
