Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the flange surface (free from oil, burrs, and scratches). Center the gasket (avoid uneven loading). Tighten bolts symmetrically (in 2-3 passes to achieve the required torque). After installation, check the flange clearance (≤0.03 mm). Do not use sealant (gaskets have built-in sealing properties). Avoid reuse (disposable sealants). Maintenance: Inspect the sealing surface every 1000 hours (no leakage/deformation), replace the gasket every 5000 hours, avoid overpressure use (≤110% of rated pressure), and prevent high-temperature operation (≥200℃ can easily cause material softening).
Troubleshooting: Leaks are often caused by flange surface damage or gasket deformation; replace the gasket and repair the flange surface.
