Installation and Maintenance Points:

Preparation before installation: Clean the mounting hole and bearing outer surface, removing burrs and oil stains; check the bearing for cracks, deformation, and plating peeling; measure the mounting hole diameter and bearing outer diameter to ensure the interference fit is correct; use a manual press-fitting machine or a special press-fitting tool; do not strike the bearing end face.

Installation Steps: Apply a small amount of engine oil to the bearing inner hole and press it smoothly into the mounting hole (press-fitting force ≥25kN), ensuring the bearing end face is flush with the mounting hole end face; install the balance shaft, ensuring the shaft and bearing coaxiality is ≤0.03mm; install the bearing cap and tighten the bolts to the specified torque (25-30N・m).

Maintenance and replacement: Check bearing clearance every 1000 hours (replace when radial clearance is ≥0.15mm); check for metal debris in the oil each time you change the oil; replace the bearing immediately if it shows wear, plating peeling or abnormal noise.
