4. Raw Material Preparation

The manufacturer procures bearing steel and other supporting materials according to production requirements. The manufacturer also needs to record material batches for easy product quality traceability.

5. Precision Machining

Bearing production typically includes forging, turning, heat treatment, and grinding processes.The manufacturer needs to strictly control the dimensions and machining accuracy of each process. Precision machining can reduce friction, vibration, and noise during bearing operation.

6. Assembly and Inspection

After machining, technicians assemble the bearings. The assembly process requires controlling internal clearance, rotational accuracy, and lubrication.The finished product also needs to undergo dimensional, vibration, noise, and rotational performance testing. The manufacturer can add load or sealing performance tests according to customer requirements.

7. Packaging and Delivery

After testing, the manufacturer performs rust prevention treatment and product packaging. Export orders also require checking the model, quantity, labels, and relevant documents.Proper packaging reduces collisions and contamination during transportation. Manufacturers deliver products on time as agreed.

8. Technical Support Provided

Customization services go beyond production and delivery. Professional manufacturers can also provide installation, lubrication, and maintenance advice.When customers encounter problems during use, manufacturers need to provide timely technical support. Good after-sales service promotes long-term cooperation.
